A little bit of green

Photos of a very enjoyable bush walk, and an invitation for tips on editing the colour. I don’t always find it easy to get the right balance of red, green and blue in these bush images. Thank you beforehand.

Taken with mobile phone on a lovely bushwalk. Delighted to find the silver fern’s koru, which signifies ‘new life and growth’, and the face with the cicada nymph exoskeleton as a tattoo!

May the new year bring you the focus and light you need for a creative and inspirational life.

Don’t worry about the bokeh, and may you be exposed to a peaceful time without too much noise!

Thank you for visiting and following my blog. Here’s to another reflective, balanced and wide-angled new year!

In Germany I cycled through many beautiful landscapes, including this one in the Harz. I would very much appreciate it if you could let me know which image you like best, and why? I have been looking at these two for a while now, and I would love to hear from you, fellow bloggers, in the comments which one you prefer, and why (or any other comments you have regarding the photos). Thank you!

Sky awesome!

31/07/2017

When I was climbing the mount in Mt Maunganui, New Zealand, the sky was awesome! It reminded me of the song Jacob’s Ladder by Rush.

‘The clouds prepare for battle
In the dark and brooding silence
Bruised and sullen storm clouds
Have the light of day obscured…’
